Prevention Advisor Level 2

Your responsibilities

• Prevention policy on-site: frequent site visits, drafting and translating risk analyses into practice, and organizing interactive toolbox meetings.
• Policy and planning: drafting, updating, and strictly following up on the Global Prevention Plan, the Annual Action Plan, and specific safety plans before the start of works.
• Safety administration: managing workstation files, safety instruction cards, and site documents for clients and authorities. You will manage incident administration and first aid and fire prevention documents.
• Legal compliance: monitoring safety legislation, acting as the point of contact for external partners (such as Liantis or the inspectorate), and following up on medical examinations.

This position is primarily based at Degro in Ypres. You will also be involved with Infrassist (also located in the Degro offices).

Your profile

• You hold a Prevention Advisor Level 2 certificate; experience in a similar role is a plus.
• You dare to address both employees and management firmly but constructively regarding their responsibilities.
• You communicate clearly and convey instructions in an understandable way.
• You are analytical and administratively precise; you update files correctly and maintain a clear
  overview of legislation and outstanding action points.
